The role of the Contracts Manager(CM) is to ensure the delivery of the targeted P&L performance for the contract(s) under their control whilst continuously delivering and improving the business objectives of health, safety, environment, and quality in full alignment to the values of the business.
The CM is the senior point of contact for the clients on several contracts operating in the region.

- Ensuring the completion and submission of all operational teams to the business of weekly audits and reports via Reflow
- Facilitation of weekly meeting with direct report team to review
- Incidents / accidents in the period
- Health & Safety issues
- Environmental issues

- Completion of monthly meeting report for submission to the senior management meeting
- Contributive attendance at external audits
- Toolbox talk collation and delivery to direct reports
- Regular site visits and the undertaking of audits
- Mentoring and advisory approach to direct reports.
- Operational Delivery and Management
- Ensuring all works are correctly planned to deliver targeted profit and timescales.
- Ensure a clean data process is applied on receipt of works orders / instructions from client.
- Ensure all jobs are recorded on to Reflow, and that 2-way data flow is maintained as per process
- Regular audit of data flow to ensure quality of photographs and geo-data.
- Ensuring appropriately trained resource levels to manage the requirements of the contract
- Facilitation of weekly planning and programme meeting to review planned v actual
- Client Interface
- Acting as direct point of contact with the client appointed representatives.
- Regular evaluation and compliant delivery of customer requirements
- Upkeep of client contact schedule.
- Ensuring out of hours contact schedule is submitted to client as per agreed timescales.
- Ensuring Clean Data processes are adhered to whereby all data received from and submitted to the client (including invoicing and quarterly itemized sales reports ) is:
- o Relevant o Valid o Accurate o Understandable o Complete
- Attendance at quarterly meetings with key client stakeholders and interested parties to:
- Review contract performance.
- Share lessons learned data.
- Customer complaints / commendations.
- Social Value and CSR objectives progress.
