Location: Wigan, WN6 – This position involves working away from home.

Full Time, Permanent Position £29,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Package. Lots of overtime available. Full UK driving licence is essential.

Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK.

You will be trained to deliver on-site heat treatment services in:

  • Pre and post-weld heat treatment
  • Induction heat treatment
  • Refractory gas-fired bake outs

The work will involve travelling and working away from home.

You Will Receive Professional Training In:

  • On-site pre and post weld heat treatment
  • How to carry out on-site induction heat treatment
  • How to carry out refractory gas fired bake outs
  • Maintenance of heat treatment equipment
  • How to follow and apply heat treatment procedures as per customer requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be committed to working on customer sites in a safe manner
  • Be reliable with excellent timekeeping skills
  • Be highly organised with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Hold a full UK driving licence to travel to customer sites
  • Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
