We are looking for a hard-working individual to work at our Hartlepool works as a works operator.
The work will involve working dayshift and nightshift in rotation, with regular overtime available.
The primary day to day duties of this role will include but not be limited to: * Loading and unloading lorries * Verification of incoming goods * Identification of loads * Work processing in accordance with company procedures * Packing and carriage The ideal candidate will: * Be reliable with excellent timekeeping skills. * Be highly organised with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. * Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential) * Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. * Experience of using a forklift truck (preferred but not essential) * Experience of using an overhead pendant crane (preferred but not essential)
Benefits: * 28 days' holiday including bank holidays (holiday allowance increases to 30 days holidays including bank holidays once 5 years' service has been completed). * Pension scheme. * Friendly working environment. * Free on-site car parking at the Hartlepool site.
