Role Overview
As a Guest Assistant you will support guests throughout their spa journey, maintain the pool areas, and keep the spa in an orderly state. The role requires previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service position, superb customer service skills and exceptional personal presentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests throughout the spa experience, welcoming and guiding them.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of pool areas and the spa environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing guest enquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Present yourself professionally, upholding the spa’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High commitment to personal presentation and professionalism.
Shift Schedule
Shift hours vary between 08:30 am and 09:30 pm, with some weekend work; approx. 37.5 hours per week.
