This role is central to the planning and delivery of high-quality training within the Girls' Pathway. The successful candidate will design and lead engaging, progressive sessions that are closely aligned with player development objectives. Beyond technical delivery, they will play a key role in guiding the individual development of players, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes both personal growth and athletic progression.

In addition to coaching responsibilities, the role will involve organising and managing fixtures - particularly during half-term periods - ensuring players have valuable opportunities to apply their learning in competitive settings. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, along with a passion for nurturing talent and supporting the long-term progression of players within the pathway.

The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about female player development and committed to supporting every individual on their journey through the game. They will have the ability to create an inspiring, inclusive, and structured environment where players feel valued, motivated, and challenged to reach their full potential. This includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the Academy's coaching philosophy and ensuring that all sessions, practices, and interactions are aligned with the long-term player development framework.

The successful candidate will also be adaptable in their approach, able to respond to the differing needs of players, and proactive in fostering a positive culture that encourages growth both on and off the pitch.

As part of the application process, you will therefore be asked to declare your ethnicity.
