Role Accountabilities & Key Duties:
- Provide matchday coverage of QPR Women at all home and away fixtures.
- Matchday coverage to include in-game updates for QPR Women X account as well as content across Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Produce match report for club’s official website.
- Interview players and Women’s head coach as required on matchdays.
- Produce content from training sessions to be used across club’s digital and social channels.
- Present ideas to raise awareness of QPR Women across club’s fanbase.
- Work with wider content team to devise strategy and editorial direction in order to generate interesting and engaging content.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local news outlets, journalists, digital creators and opposition media representatives.
- Support community and commercial initiatives which relate to the Women’s department, by creating promotional content and media materials.
- Highlight player stories and initiatives that align with the club’s mission to promote its Women’s team and humanise its players.
- Comply with all company policies/procedures. Adhere to all company regulations regarding policies, procedures, health, safety and security.
- All other duties that may arise from time to time and fall within the scope of this position.
