Key Responsibilities- Deliver detailed, actionable analysis to coaches and senior staff
- Support the Lead Analyst through video, documentation, and data insights
- Travel with the team for home and away fixtures, managing matchday workflows
- Provide live match analysis and post-match presentations
- Analyse trends and patterns at both team and individual level
- Track competition data aligned with club KPIs and playing philosophy
- Reinforce West Ham United’s football identity through evidence-based analysis
- Collaborate with coaching staff to provide player and team feedback
- Assist recruitment with player profiling when required
- Experience in performance analysis within a professional sporting environment
- Confidence delivering live analysis in high-pressure settings
- Proficiency in tools such as SportsCode, Studio, StatsBomb, Impect, Wyscout, and Keynote
- Strong tactical understanding of football
- Excellent written and presentation skills
