About the role

We are seeking a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy Therapist to join our team in a primarily clinical role, delivering high-quality assessment and intervention to children and young people. This role suits a clinician who values evidence-based practice, collaborative MDT working and reflective care.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy assessment and therapy
  • Develop individualised, evidence-based intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools and professionals
  • Participate in MDT meetings, supervision and joint-working
  • Maintain high-quality clinical documentation
  • Engage in CPD and service development
