Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our caring, collaborative team at Bradford in West Bloomfield, MI. This is a flexible opportunity to provide meaningful speech, language, and cognitive therapy services in a beautifully maintained Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

Position Highlights
Provide speech-language and cognitive-communication therapy in an AL/Memory Care setting
Collaborate with a compassionate interdisciplinary team to support residents’ independence and quality of life
Focus on individualized treatment plans and functional outcomes
Flexible PRN schedule – work when it fits your availability
Active Michigan SLP license (or eligibility)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with older adults and/or dementia care is a plus
A resident-centered, compassionate approach to care
