Fair Haven is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Leader to oversee the clinical care of one of our innovative, person-centered households. What You\’ll Do: As the RN Clinical Leader, you\’ll be the clinical heartbeat of your household—working closely with your Household Leader to ensure high-quality care and smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing admissions and discharges Completing and managing MDS assessments Reviewing and following up on pharmacy reports Keeping QAPI trackers up to date Supervising and supporting nursing staff Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care What We\’re Looking For: A compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Passion for person-directed care and improving resident outcomes At Fair Haven, we\’re more than a care facility—we\’re a community.
