Responsibilities

As a CNA on the team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing care and education to residents according to their Care Plan
2. Assisting with new admits, transfers, and discharges
3. Communicating with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met
4. Responding promptly to residents’ Call Lights
5. Performing other duties as assigned
