Requirements
- Provide high‑quality treatments for clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.
- Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them.
- Have the ability to work with sales targets.
- Ensure all client records are up to date pre and post‑treatment.
- Maintain and clean all machines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
- Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired but not required).
- Team player who works collaboratively.
- Positive and friendly attitude with clients.
- Attention to detail when dealing with client records.
- Excellent standards with regards to client experience.
