Key Responsibilities- Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
- Managing and improving the day‑to‑day operation in the Clinic.
- Ensuring all team members deliver a 5‑star service at all times.
- Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
- Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
- Supporting with mentoring team members within the clinic to support them with career development.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
