As Regional Talent Development Partner at Thérapie Clinic, you are responsible for enabling teams to do their best work by delivering high-quality, compliant, and commercially focused training across all treatments. You ensure all clinical team members are competent, confident, and operating to the highest clinical and regulatory standards through in-clinic assessments, practical coaching, and ongoing performance support, while also overseeing VTCT training delivery in line with awarding-body protocols and procedures. Supporting Operations, a Regional Talent Development Partner will translate Thérapie’s growth strategy into all areas of training.
Key Responsibilities- Delivers client experience training that improves client consultation quality and consistently delivers against commercial targets.
- Deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing staff in all treatments offered in the business.
- Conduct both theory and practical, hands-on clinical training.
- Assess and verify the competency of team members, ensuring they meet organisational and regulatory standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical procedures, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure training content is current and compliant.
- Coaches teams in real time, role-modelling excellent client experience while improving conversion, average spend, and overall performance.
- Conduct clinic visits based on the needs of the business and support requests from operations.
- Conduct clinic visits to observe, assess, and support team members in everyday treatment environments.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance to ensure consistent quality of client care.
- Monitor adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and hygiene requirements during clinic visits.
- Identify areas for development and recommend targeted learning interventions.
- Ensure practice and adherence to Therapie Protocols in all areas of your work and training.
- Support the CLOS in your region to ensure they are recording lamp counts and that clinics are compliant in their mandatory note documentation.
- Ensure protocol updates from Compliance such as contraindications are cascaded down to team in training.
- Work closely with the Compliance team to reduce the number of adverse events ensuring messaging in training.
- Provide feedback and insights from clinic visits to inform updates to clinical protocols and training materials.
- Support the integration of new technologies, products, and treatment techniques into training programs.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, development, and clinical excellence.
- Professional, credible, and able to influence team members at all levels.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to travel to multiple clinic sites as required.
- Passionate about learning, development, and client safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular clinic visits to observe, assess, and support team members in everyday treatment and consultation environments.
- Level 4 qualification.
- Has a proven ability to sell, influence, and close client consultations, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets while delivering high standards of client experience and performance in role.
- Teaching qualification preferred but not essential.
- 5+ years Industry experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clinical staff.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around compliance and clinical standards.
