We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Wimbledon Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
- Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the clinic.
- Ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and are always on time.
- Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
- Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
- Supporting with mentoring team members within the clinic to support them with career development.
- Ad Hoc duties as required.
