About the Role

We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Bluewater Kent Clinic, Maternity Cover to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Managing and improving the day‑to‑day operation in the clinic.
  • Ensuring all team members deliver a 5‑star service at all times.
  • Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  • Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members within the clinic to support them with career development.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
