Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality treatments for our clients in line with clinic treatment guidelines
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
- Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them
- Have the ability to work with sales targets
- Ensure all client records are up to date pre‑and post‑treatment
- Maintain and clean all machines
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
- Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired, not required)
- Team‑player who works collaboratively
- A positive and friendly attitude with clients
- Attention to detail when dealing with client records
- Excellent standards with regards to client experience
