We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Braehead Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the Clinic.
  • Ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service at all times.
  • Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  • Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
  • Supporting with mentoring team members within the clinic to support them with career development.
  • Ad Hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • High level of organization and detail orientated.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to self-direct when necessary.
  • High level Customer Service skills.
