You will be integral to creating an environment and culture across various clinics, ensuring all team members deliver exceptional, 5‑star client service. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, help every clinic deliver outstanding client experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals, and support regional reporting on operations and commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams across multiple clinics.
- Manage employee relations, including probation, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
- Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management across clinics.
- Complete regional reporting on operations and commercial targets.
- Undertake ad hoc duties and projects to support the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales, and client satisfaction at each clinic.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervision experience, ideally in a multi‑site or operational role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring and developing teams.
- Excellent customer service and management skills.
- Ability to drive sales and seek new commercial opportunities.
