We are delighted to recruit for the role of Clinic Manager within our new Accelerator Team covering Dundrum, Blackrock, Greystones, Carrickmines, Liffey Valley, Tallaght, Blanchardstown, and City Center Clinic. This unique position allows you to make a meaningful impact across multiple clinics. Unlike a traditional Clinic Manager role, you won’t be located in a single clinic. Instead, you’ll support multiple clinics across the region, helping each location deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and uphold our high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire teams across multiple clinics, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure every clinic delivers outstanding client experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.
- Complete regional reporting on operations and commercial targets.
- Manage employee relations, including probation, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
- Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management across clinics.
- Undertake ad‑hoc duties and projects to support the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales, and client satisfaction at each clinic.
- Proven management or supervision experience, ideally in a multi‑site or operational role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring and developing teams.
- Excellent customer service and management skills.
