We are hiring an Assistant Clinic Manager for our Bath Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and grow within our amazing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
- Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the clinic.
- Ensuring clients are at the forefront of everything we do, delivering 5-star service at all times.
- Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
- Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
- Supporting with mentoring team members within the clinic to aid their career development.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- High level of organization and detail oriented.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to self‑direct when necessary.
