We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Sheffield Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
- Managing and improving the day-to-day operations in the clinic.
- Ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service, with clients at the forefront of everything we do.
- Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
- Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
- Supporting and mentoring team members within the clinic to support their career development.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-direct when necessary.
