Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the clinic.
  • Ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service at all times.
  • Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  • Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
  • Supporting mentoring of team members within the clinic to support them with career development.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
