You will support the Home Manager, implement policies, maintain records and help develop junior staff, ensuring safeguarding and high-quality care for looked-after children.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with a rotating shift pattern (8am–11pm) and additional sleep-in payments (£65 per sleep).
