We are looking for a (Senior) Manager – Medical Information to join our HQ team in London or Warsaw, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. In this role, you will maintain and oversee the Theramex Global Medical Information (MI) function, including line management of the Medical Information and Customer Service teams. You will ensure the efficient, compliant, and high‑quality delivery of global medical information services while collaborating cross‑functionally to support wider business objectives.
This position is integral to safeguarding accurate scientific information, maintaining high standards of customer support, and ensuring Medical Information remains audit‑ready and compliant with industry regulations.
About you
You are educated to degree level in life sciences or pharmacy and bring significant hands‑on experience in Medical Information within the pharmaceutical industry. You have previously managed people and are confident leading teams and external service providers. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and can manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. You communicate clearly and fluently in English, work effectively in a multinational organisation, and maintain high operational standards. Experience in Women’s Health and familiarity with the ABPI Code are desirable but not essential.
About the role
In this role, you will:
- Line‑manage the Theramex Medical Information and Customer Service teams, while also supporting external service providers involved in MI delivery.
- Prepare and analyse Medical Information reports, including KPIs related to system and team performance.
- Act as the Medical Information subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders, including during audits and inspections.
- Support the MI and Customer Service teams in handling incoming enquiries.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of procedural documents related to Medical Information activities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet business goals and support broader organisational priorities.
