About You
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in written work.
- Effective process management and planning capabilities.
- Previous experience in a similar sales or marketing support role.
- Degree level qualification preferred.
About the Role
- To provide comprehensive support across the full product portfolio in the UK, contributing to both strategic planning and day-to-day tactical activities.
- Development and production of promotional materials aligned with commercial needs, management of congresses and events and coordination of sales force activities.
- Position requires occasional travel to trade displays and selected conferences as determined by the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Support the sales team with national and local meetings, including agendas, contracts, speaker slide decks, and the creation and administration of sponsorship agreements.
- Manage sales materials lifecycle: remove expired items, withdraw outdated assets, and coordinate the ordering of new or updated materials.
- Ensure all materials are referenced to the highest standards and fully compliant with relevant codes.
- Work closely with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Arrange travel (trains, hotels, flights) for the UK Leadership Team as needed.
- Raise purchase orders (POs), approve and reconcile invoices, and ensure timely processing.
