Director, Global Medical Affairs at Theramex. Lead strategic direction and execution of medical plans across women’s health portfolio. Shape scientific strategy, oversee product launch and lifecycle excellence, elevate thought leadership through evidence-based engagement and medical education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategic and operational medical plan for women’s health products across development, launch, and lifecycle.
  • Maintain clinical excellence: review latest scientific literature, attend symposia/conferences, translate insights into strategy.
  • Approve promotional and non-promotional materials ensuring scientific integrity and industry code compliance.
  • Partner with Marketing to shape brand plans and deliver scientific meetings, educational programs, and symposia.
  • Develop training materials to empower field teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead KOL, Patient Group, and National Stakeholder mapping & engagement to strengthen scientific voice.
  • Support research requests and educational initiatives with key centers.
  • Engage clinicians and authorities (e.g., NICE) to represent Theramex products.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to assess new products and therapeutic opportunities.
  • Ensure vendor qualification and oversight across all medical activities.
  • Raise visibility of scientific information via HCP meetings, advisory boards, formulary engagement, and public affairs interfaces.

Qualifications

  • Qualified medical professional (Medical Doctor) with proven Medical Affairs leadership at international scale.
  • Expertise in KOL and stakeholder engagement, strong communication, influence, collaboration skills.
  • Commercial acumen and compliance command (GxP, GCP, PV); final signatory status with women’s health therapy experience.
  • Strategic, agile operator thriving in fast‑paced, complex environments, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Passionate about women’s health and driven to impact through science and education.
