About You
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
- Strong Power BI capability (Power Query, dashboard development)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting

About The Role
The Supply Chain Analyst is a central, cross‑functional role supporting the end‑to‑end supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and S&OP. The position provides broad exposure across key supply chain functions and is ideal for individuals looking to build and develop a career in operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly supply chain KPI reports
- Manage monthly inventory reporting and track follow‑up actions
- Develop and maintain Excel‑based tools and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy across demand, supply, and logistics systems
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support decision‑making
- Support order tracking, expediting, and issue resolution
- Assist in managing supply constraints and backorders
- Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and resolve delays
- Act as a central point of contact to follow up on cross‑functional actions
- Support communication between demand planning, supply planning, and logistics teams
- Help manage short‑term operational issues and escalations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Lead AI‑related initiatives
- Drive standardisation of reporting and ways of working
- Document key processes and support training material development
- Assist in preparing presentations and analysis for senior stakeholders
