Job Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to support our regulatory affairs team in the creation, development, approval, and implementation of artwork components. This role is crucial in ensuring that our artwork complies with global, regional, and local regulations and is accessible to the wider business, including Supply Chain and CMOs.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist Implementation Specialists in managing artwork projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with global and local regulatory teams to understand the impact of regulatory timelines and ensure compliance with submissions.
- Liaise with the supply chain to establish effective plans for implementing new artwork while minimizing production impact and write-off costs.
- Communicate with CMOs to ensure efficient updates of artwork components and follow through on the implementation of new components.
- Update ERP systems with changes to artwork components on purchase orders.
Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel and Outlook), strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving capabilities. They should be proactive and adaptable, able to work on multiple projects while maintaining high standards, and capable of working effectively across a matrix organization.
