About the role
The Sr. Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) will be responsible for performing investigative site management and monitoring activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle on behalf of multiple sponsors. We seek an experienced onsite monitor to join our skilled CRAs team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site management and monitoring activities during all phases of clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with sponsor protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with site staff, sponsors, and CROs to solve operational issues.
- Document and report site visits, adverse events, and study progress.
- Provide site training and mentorship to junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree (BSc, BA, or RN equivalence) in biological or science‑related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate with proven track record managing clinical trial sites.
- Experience in monitoring oncology early‑phase I‑III studies.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time (domestic and/or international) with potential overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s licence and passport preferred.
- Willingness to pass background clearance checks, which may be run periodically.
