Who We're Looking For: The primary objective of this role is to own the product development roadmap for Therabody's international markets. Building a clear lifecycle strategy, identifying gaps and opportunities to create a profitable product portfolio, in collaboration with global & local cross‑functional teams, key business stakeholders, and senior international leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Build a 1-3 year product strategy that identifies both short and long term goals for the international markets aligning with the overall company vision.
- Work in partnership with global product development to create a range suitably matched to the opportunities of international markets. Ensure international needs and requirements are built into new launches and refinements are integrated into existing products.
- Lead product go‑to‑market in partnership with local and global teams ensuring the best possible launches supporting marketing planning and partner sell in.
- Work with the legal and compliance teams to align product launches with certification timelines and requirements.
- Support global packaging development to localize for all international markets.
- Conduct market research including competitor analysis and market sizing to clearly outlay the product opportunities in each region. Analyze consumer and product trends to keep Therabody at the forefront of category innovation.
- Conduct pricing analysis to evaluate the pricing positions Therabody should take in international markets and supporting regional teams to build a promotional plan.
- Partner with the International brand teams to build product marketing propositions fit for market requirements.
- Support country and distributor teams to build a range map and product segmentation plan.
- Own the phase in and phase out process working with the sales, marketing and demand planning teams on seamless product introduction and exit.
- Be the source of product knowledge for the international team leading on product education with internal teams and external partners.
- Engage with senior leadership to communicate market‑specific challenges, opportunities, and progress on local marketing initiatives.
- Manage the international product development budget working closely with finance & sales for international markets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in international product management or development preferably in the consumer goods or wellness industry with a successful track record bringing products to the global market.
- Demonstrated success in driving marketing initiatives in diverse international markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for wellness and an understanding of global cultural nuances is highly desirable.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
