Salary: £13 per hour
Additional Information: Must be able to work as part of a 24/7 shift pattern including early, late, double shifts, and sleep-ins (please do not apply if you are unable to complete sleep-in shifts).
We are looking for full-time, part-time & relief Support Workers to join our team in the Dersingham area, where we support 4 wonderful people living together in a homely bungalow. They lead busy lives and participate in community activities such as carriage riding, hydrotherapy, theatre outings, holidays abroad, or casual outings for meals.
The role is varied; you will support people with daily living tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, housework, and personal care. Our staff are dedicated, experienced, and supported by hands-on managers who are actively present in support locations, fostering a caring environment.
You must have a genuine interest in supporting people with learning disabilities and be able to differentiate between care and support: the focus is on enabling independence. The role can be challenging but rewarding. You should remain calm, confident, and capable of handling difficult situations appropriately.
