On behalf of a young man living in Weymouth, we are seeking male support staff to help him lead a fulfilling and active life and live independently in his own home. We are looking for individuals who enjoy football, gardening, and outdoor activities such as sailing and walking. You should have experience supporting people with learning disabilities, including those who may occasionally display anxious behaviors. A genuine passion for making a positive difference in someone’s life, along with a commitment to person-centered, engaging support, is essential.
Shifts include:
- Morning and afternoon
- Sleep-ins (with additional payment)
- Weekend work on a rota basis
