What you will be doing:

  • Resolving escalated technical incidents and problems in a structured, methodical way
  • Administering Microsoft 365 and related technologies
  • Maintaining and improving systems in line with security and data protection requirements
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, SOPs and knowledge base articles
  • Supporting IT projects as delegated by the IT Manager

Why Join Us?

  • Varied workload with exposure to projects and new technologies
  • A chance to make a real impact on how IT is delivered across the organisation
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and influence improvements

If you’re proactive, technically curious, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
