Salary: £12.21 per hour
This role is a daytime position, Monday to Friday.
What does a Days Support Worker do?
- No two days are ever the same; you will support people to participate in a range of fun, recreational, and educational activities.
- Supporting people to develop and maintain relationships.
- Building relationships with the people you support to ensure their needs, wishes, and goals are achieved.
- Provide person-centred support to promote independence and enhance well-being.

What experience do I need?
- Are you kind, caring, and able to listen? If so, this role is for you!
- Full paid training will be provided within the role (care certificate and NVQs).
- You will need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
- A basic level of English and Math is also required.
