As our new HR Business Partner, you will have a key focus on several projects to support drive our people and culture strategy over the next 12 months. You will play an instrumental role in shaping how we value, celebrate, support our colleagues across the organisation whilst modelling and promoting our vision, mission and values. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves combining people, culture and projects. You’ll partner with senior leaders, strengthen our people experience, and lead on projects to support and contribute to the delivery of the people and culture strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders—bringing insight, challenge and people expertise.
- Using data and analytics to understand workforce trends and influence decision-making.
- Supporting organisational change, including ER matters, restructures and TUPE processes.
- Coaching managers to build capability, confidence and strong people leadership.
- Helping create an inclusive, values-led culture where people feel respected and empowered.
What you’ll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) with a passion for progressing to Level 7.
- Strong HR experience, including employee relations and partnering with senior leaders.
- A background or interest in leading projects.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm, solutions‑focused and values‑driven.
- A commitment to inclusion, fairness and person‑centred support.
It’s a bonus if you’ve worked in social care or the charity sector or have advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
