Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to patient enquiries via phone and email with empathy and professionalism
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand patients\’ medical needs, concerns, and preferences
  • Maintain detailed records of all patient interactions in Pipedrive CRM
  • Follow up with leads systematically to nurture them through the decision-making process
  • Coordinate with our network of international healthcare providers
