Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for a Female Support Worker to join our team based in Calne. You will join us on a full-time basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,436.00 plus a potential of up to £4,600 in Sleep-ins allowance (based on 2 Sleep-ins a week).

About the Female Support Worker role:
As a valued Support Worker with Thera South West, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will be working in Calne; the location is a shared supported living where 4 individuals who love shopping, going out for lunch, cinema, swimming, going out to their social clubs, sports and going to the pub. This is an exciting opportunity to work with different individuals with different needs which will give a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression. You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.
