Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Kingsteignton Newton Abbott. You will join us on a permanent basis with Full Time, Part Time & Relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.30 per hour.

The Support Worker role involves supporting 4 people with a learning disability to achieve their objectives and deliver complex health support within the community in a 24hr supported living setting.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support people to achieve their own personal goals, living the life they choose. This includes:
- Supporting people to access the community for a variety of activities, day to day living and wellbeing.
- Playing an important role with families, supporting people to maintain good relationships.
This role would require you to work weekends and awake nights on a rota system. Full training will be provided, and induction and shadowing is paid time. A driving licence is desirable.

No previous experience or qualifications are required. Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided.
