Responsibilities
- Support individuals in daily life activities, including helping develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, planning and managing their own home, and supporting leisure, interests and travel.
- Assist individuals both in their own homes or in community settings.
- Apply a person‑centred approach, matching likes & interests to the person supported.
Qualifications
- No formal experience required; all staff receive ongoing endorsed training tailored to specific needs.
- Full UK driving licence desirable, not essential.
