This role is an exciting combination of two roles within Thera Trusts Learning and Development Team and Thera (Scotland\’s) Senior Leadership Team, these two roles have seen proven success to make a full time diverse varied job role. We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to Thera (Scotland\’s) Service Quality Director and a Learning and Development Specialist. Alongside of this is a unique opportunity for you to work at senior level to ensure that the Service Quality Director is an effective member of Thera (Scotland) Board – making their own decisions about how the company is run, using their experience of having a learning disability. You will be responsible for delivering high quality vocational training to Thera Staff in an exciting and impactful way. You will coordinate and deliver induction training and specialist courses, as well as maintaining and completing training records. In order to be successful, you will need to be an exceptionally strong communicator. You must be motivated, flexible and organised, with the ability to work on your own initiative to meet tight deadlines.
