Additional Information: Full UK driving licence essential. This is a lone working role and you will need to be available for 24/7 shift patterns.

This role is subject to an Enhanced check should you be offered the position. Thera follows government guidance around vaccines and believes they are an effective way to support everyone’s safety. Responsibilities
- Support adults with a learning disability in daily living and personal development
- Help create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their goals, aims and ambitions
- Provide personal and emotional support; assist with planning and managing own home
- Support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel; work may be in clients’ homes or in the community
- Adapt support to each person’s needs, using a person-centred approach

- No previous experience or qualifications required; free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
- Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient
