Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity available for a Deputy Support Manager to join our team based in Aston-on-Trent, Derbyshire. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,856.62 per annum.

Annual Leave entitlement: 33 days inclusive of bank holidaysAdditional Information: A full uk driving licence is essential for this role

As a Deputy Support Manager you will mentor teams, coach support staff and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure that practice leadership is developed, recognised and reflected in all we do as you work on shift as part of the working rota enabling you to act as a role model of best practice.
