Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Nottingham. You will join us on a permanent basis with full‑time & part‑time hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour. Full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
The Support Worker Role
- Support adults with a learning disability as part of an inclusive team, helping them set and achieve personal goals.
- Provide day‑to‑day support such as developing new skills, personal and emotional care, home‑management, leisure, employment and travel planning.
- Work in people’s homes, in the community, and elsewhere as required.
- Promote the vision that people with a learning disability can be leaders in society.
- Use a person‑centred approach to empower clients to live the lives they choose.

- No previous experience or qualifications required; free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided.
