Job Title: Support Worker
Location: To cover Brundall and Poringland area
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time/Part Time/Relief
Salary: £13.30 per hour

Role and responsibilities

  • Support adults with a learning disability, helping create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals, aims and ambitions.
  • Provide personal care as required, and support with daily living activities in a person-centred way.
  • Support people in their daily lives, including developing new skills, planning and managing their own home, and assistance with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel.
  • Work may be in the person’s own home or out in the community; duties will vary to reflect individual needs.
  • Be flexible to a 24/7 shift pattern, including early, late and long days, and sleep-ins when required.
