Join our team as a Senior Events and Sales Executive and become the driving force behind unforgettable experiences at the Queens Hotel.
As a key member of our dedicated Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of meeting and event organising, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. In this dynamic position, you will serve as the ambassador for the hotel, harnessing your passion for organising events and creating lasting memories.
From the moment an inquiry is received, you will expertly handle every detail, from conducting viewings to meticulously planning and coordinating each event.
What we offer:
- £28554.24 per annum, based on experience
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week
- Hotel discounts across all Axiom Hospitality hotels – colleague rates and up to 50% discount
You will deliver a consistently high standard of event management services to our guests. You'll also undertake a range of follow‑up duties including billing and post‑event feedback in order to generate repeat business.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring that the unoccupied meeting rooms and show round rooms are set as per the company standards and meeting rooms are set as per BEO
- Meeting with the organiser of each event to ensure that they are being looked after and act upon their feedback accordingly
- Always show availability to assist them with their queries
- Communicating menu questions, length of wait, product availability, additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests to the Kitchen and the team
