With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we’re hiring passionate art and photographic enthusiasts to join our best-in-class customer service team.
Working from our state-of-the-art studio in Shoreditch, the heart of London’s thriving creative community, your role will involve day-to-day interactions with globally recognised artists and photographers, providing print production advice for their exhibition, portfolio, and art sales projects. You would be part of an organisation that stands alone as a leading platform for art and photographic printing, celebrated for its commitment to quality, innovation, and the fostering of connections with clients.

The role
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who genuinely enjoys working with people, brings positive energy into a space, and takes pride in delivering great service. You don’t need years of experience; we can teach the technical side. What matters most is that you care, communicate confidently, and want to grow.
You’ll be the first point of contact for artists and photographers working on exhibitions, portfolios, and print sales projects. Day to day, you’ll provide thoughtful, boutique-style support helping clients make the right decisions, solving problems when they arise, and contributing ideas to improve how we work.
Your daily responsibilities
- Manage client requests via in-person interactions, phone, and instant chat
- Provide confident, friendly, and informed advice on print products and presentation options
- Take a solutions-first approach, offering alternatives and recommendations where appropriate
- Manage and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through open, honest, and engaging communication
- Spot recurring issues, inefficiencies, or friction points, and proactively suggest improvements
- Help refine customer service processes by feeding back ideas, insights, and solutions to management
- Contribute to a culture where great ideas can come from anywhere
What we’re looking for
- A genuine people-person with confidence and enthusiasm
- Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, gallery, studio, or similar)
- An interest in art, photography, digital image-making, or print production
- Some experience with Photoshop and Adobe software, or a strong desire to learn
- Early-career candidates who are motivated to develop their skills and build a long-term career
- Someone who cares about both people and processes
What we’ll offer you
- A competitive salary
- A welcoming, ambitious team with a shared commitment to excellence
