Working from our state of the art studio in Shoreditch, the heart of London’s thriving creative community, your role will involve day-to-day interactions with globally recognised artists and photographers, providing print production advice for their exhibition, portfolio and art sales projects.

What you\’ll be doing :

• Assist Clients: Manage requests via calls, live chat, and in-person interactions in our state-of-the-art Shoreditch studio.
• Advise on Print Production: Help artists and photographers bring their work to life with expert guidance.
• Solve Problems: Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Share Insights: Provide feedback and ideas to management to help shape our products and services.
• Build Relationships: Create long-term connections with creatives across the globe.

What we\’re looking for :

• Recent graduates, freelance artists, or artist/studio assistants eager to build a career in the creative industry.
• Passion for art & photography—you love the creative world.
• Photoshop & Adobe skills—a plus, but not required.
• Customer-facing experience—whether in retail, hospitality, or any interactive role.
• Highly motivated individuals—ready to learn, grow, and contribute.
