Are you looking for an Administration Apprenticeship which will allow you to get your foot in to our legal practice? No prior experience is required as full training will be delivered to the successful hire. For over 30 years the PM Law Group has provided a national, first-class legal service for individuals and businesses, specialising in an array of litigation including Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Consumer, Property and Contract Disputes, together with Employment, Landlord & Tenant, Wills, Trusts & Probate and Conveyancing. Our technological expertise means we can deal with clients locally or at a distance whilst still providing that ever important human touch. As our newly appointed Administration Apprentice, your main responsibility will be to update and maintain information on our company database. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy law firm and to gain experience in business administration, based at our head office in Sheffield S9.
Role Responsibilities- Entering customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compiling and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Assisting with post room duties
- Scanning and printing documents where needed
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs graded C or above, including Maths and English
- Have an enthusiastic personality with a good work ethic
- Be punctual, reliable, polite and courteous
- After one year your rate of pay will increase to the NMW for your age as per the government guidelines
- A recognised apprenticeship qualification
- Monday to Friday β Office Hours: 9.00am β 5.00pm β 1 hour lunch break
