The Priory Learning Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused 1st Line IT Technician to join our friendly and dynamic Central IT Team, supporting our family of Trust schools.

About the role

  • Assist with the smooth running of Microsoft, Apple and Google devices/software.
  • Assist with network infrastructure and audio/visual.
  • Resolve technical issues for students and staff.

About you

  • Be an excellent team player, highly motivated and a clear communicator.
  • Have a passion for IT and customer service.
  • Have an excellent understanding of modern Operating Systems, Software and Hardware.
  • Be able to deal with repairs and warranties.
  • You’ll need a valid Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport.
  • Have experience of a busy, customer focused IT environment.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills which include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, IT or equivalent.
